Late January 2026 wraps up the month with three impactful updates: a bulk pricing tool that saves panel clinics hours of manual work, e-invoice support for all patients, and a refreshed visual identity. One-Click Bulk Panel Pricing

Panel pricing across multiple insurance providers just got significantly faster. Set a price for one product, click "Apply All", and that price is applied across every panel in one click. Then fine-tune only the panels that need a different rate.

A multi-branch clinic group managing 40+ insurance panels told us this turned a monthly pricing update that used to take their admin team an entire afternoon into a task they now finish in under 30 minutes.

Start with Apply All, Then Fine-Tune

Set your most common panel price first, click Apply All, then override only the exceptions. This is the fastest way to keep panel pricing current.

e-Invoice for All Patients

MedicalMet can now generate individual e-invoices for all patients — including those without a Tax Identification Number (TIN). This is particularly relevant for clinics serving walk-in patients, tourists, and younger patients who may not yet be registered with LHDN. Your clinic can stay fully compliant without turning anyone away from e-invoicing.

Fresh Visual Identity

MedicalMet's interface has been refreshed with a modern new colour palette. The updated look applies across every screen — from navigation and buttons to badges and status indicators. This is the first step in a broader visual refresh that continues next month with a redesigned login experience.
